Dr Tara was really friendly and listened and took care of me but the journey I had to go on to see her was rough. Ladies, she does not accept appointments through zocdoc at all!!!! even though I went through DMC and they sent me through zocdoc. But they still took me because I pleaded and they said I was nice. If you want an appointment with her I suggest calling the office and pack your patience.

The staff didn’t call me to tell me the office I scheduled my appointment with was permanently closed. That was a inconvenient but after I found my location and meet the staff and doctor it was a good standard experience. The doctor made me comfortable.

Had an appointment and absolutely nobody was there even though they were open!!! Nobody answered the phone and I called multiple times. I let the guy who took my temperature know and he said there have been a lot of problems like that with the whole building. they need to be shut down.

Still Didn’t Get Seen Told Me They Can’t Search My Insurance & That I Had To Reschedule. Will Not Be Coming Back.

I am absolutely in love with Dr. Lindsey. She is SO friendly, open, direct, and just wonderful. While she is displaced from Covid she is working at the Siani Grace Professional Building. If your appointment is earlier than 9am be ready to wait. Once you're in she makes you feel very comfortable. No complaints for the doctor.

Love Dr.Lindsey but I truly wish she goes back to her office because since I’ve made appointments I haven’t seen her it’s always something at this location of the professional building either there’s no power and no call to let patients know there appointments needs to be rescheduled then you reschedule only to get to your appointment and have to wait over two hours to still not be seen is appalling to me

Dr. Lindsey is truly down to earth. She takes the necessary time to listen to patients’ concerns and provides quality care. The office wait time was not long at all. Reception/Check In was quick and efficient, even for a new patient.

Staff was distant... Rude kinda like they didnt make you feel welcomed... It smelled terrible when you walked in. Nobody came to the front when we arrived i had to ring the bell several times.
