Dr. Tara Urschel was born in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa. She worked for a number of years in research at the Loeb Institute at the Civic Hospital. She sought chiropractic care at the young age of 12 due to injuries as the result of competitive figure skating. She further went on to teach national and international athletes under the direct supervision of Sergei Chetverukhin, 1972 Winter Olympic silver medalist. Her love of figure skating and the help that she received from chiropractic care played an integral role in her decision to pursue a career in chiropractic. She graduated Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College in 2003 performing her Chiropractic Medicine Internship and Externship in Seneca Falls and Syracuse NY.
Drs Michael and Tara Urschel met during their training at New York Chiropractic College and currently live with their two children, Seneca Rose and Jack Michael in Maryland.
Drs Michael and Tara Urschel are members of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and are in the process of pursuing their diplomats in Anti-aging Medicine.
