Taylor is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. She obtained her Master’s degree from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, and completed her dietetic internship at Utah State University. She is an advocate for Health at Every Size who is eager to serve clients in a compassionate way through gentle nutrition. Her background is in holistic health and plant-based nutrition. She is passionate about intuitive eating and making sustainable dietary shifts that promote health for mind, body, spirit, and the planet. In sessions with Taylor, you’ll explore realistic ways to heal your body image, eat foods that make you feel good, and move in a way that is enjoyable to you all while reducing your carbon footprint and enhancing your wellbeing. She loves helping clients who want to improve their health but don’t know where to begin. Taylor enjoys connecting with clients who care about nature and have interest in trying or transitioning to a more fruit and veggie-filled lifestyle. In her spare time, she is a traveler at heart and a cat mom of 3: Felix, Myles, and Snuggs. She became a RD to help individuals navigate what health means to them and how they can achieve it through small, consistent actions.
