I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a long time and I felt so completely welcomed. There was no shame over the length since a visit and my X-rays were explained in depth so I had a full understanding of everything. The office was modern, clean and beautiful. I truly couldn’t recommend them more.

Taylor Henger is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified in both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Oklahoma and worked in the only Level 1 trauma intensive care unit in the state of Oklahoma. She then transitioned to a physical rehabilitation center and later worked in long-term acute care.
Taylor earned her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Spring Arbor University. She enjoyed several fulfilling years in both the hospital and outpatient facilities serving those with acute and chronic diseases. Originally from Oklahoma, Taylor moved to Houston in 2019 with her fiancé and her dog, Chuy. She enjoys running, being outdoors, and traveling during her free time. She recently transitioned from
beginner-level Spanish to intermediate-level and plans to continue her goal of full Spanish fluency. Taylor values a patient-centered approach to care, where she works to ensure that her patients are heard and respected. She is an active member of the AANP and Texas Nurse Practitioners Association

I quite literally booked for a therapy appointment because that was what was advertised to me and instead I got a doctor check up. I have a doctor and all I got was a referral that could take some time to get back to me. It’s not like I’m seriously in need of this, but I’m kinda bummed because this is the first time I tried to book something like this and it backfired :/

I felt when it was time to go no came to get me i had to exit myself. Zocdoc has Dr. Taylor Hanger listed as a dermatologist but she is not a dermatologist. She tried her best to assess the issues I was having but to no avail. Her professionalism was not an issue but her bed side manner was robotic almost rigid. I do not want to go back for my follow up. I felt like a number. Clean place tho. ?

The provider was good. The office staff, particularly the lady who took my blood pressure and weight, wasn't professional. She didn't tell me my blood pressure or escort me to my room. She simply told me where to go. I hadn't been to the office, so I said I had no idea where exam room 1 was. Her scrubs were so short that her midsection showed when she took my blood pressure cuff off.

I was scheduled to be seen at 2:20pm. No attempt to communicate was made. I have yet to get through to their staff. Then the appointment somehow was rescheduled to 4:20pm without attempting a call & now I am waiting in a virtual room and have yet to be seen. Im not sure how these telemedicine visits work but I will not be doing this again. Im just hoping they dont charge me for it anyway.

Taylor Henger, NP was professional, thorough, and asked just the right questions. She addressed all my needs for the appointment. We discussed medical history and medications. She suggested lab tests and follow up appointments. She renewed one prescription for me. I had a text from the Pharmacy before I arrived home to let me know they received the medication order. I was very happy with the outcome of the appointment and will most certainly be returning for further care.

I came in for an appointment and was told that they couldn’t help me with my issue. Still had to pay an outrageous copay fee. I wish they would have been transparent in the beginning when I told them about my issue over 3 times beforehand. My first appointment that I had with them went well, so I thought that this appointment would go well too— that unfortunately was not the case. Will not be returning.

Taylor Henger, NP was super attentive and addressed all my concerns. I drove half an hour to see her since she was available on a Saturday, but I’ll definitely continue making the drive. I felt more comfortable with her and listened to than when I see my regular doctor. Plus, there was no wait time! 5 stars all the way. :)
