The doctor didn’t really say much the whole appointment. He didn’t explain what he wanted to do and why, asked questions at least 3 times(I gave the same answer), and he wasn’t very gentle. I left the office with the same issues and no answers. It was my first time at an ENT and this is not how I expected it to go.

I arrived and was seen within 30 minutes. The only reason it took a few extra minutes is that the office got really busy. However, I did have 2 pages to fill out that were not available online. No ones fault, just the fact that the HIPPA form and a couple of other papers were not online. Very friendly office and a great place to come to to be seen. I would HIGHLY recommend this doctor to everyone.

Went here as a new patient and waited an hour and a half before walking out because I was late for work. Receptionist had attitude because people were asking for an estimated wait time. I watched about 4 other people walk out or reschedule in the time I was there. Totally unacceptable

This was my first visit. It is a busy office. I had no problems with wait times. When it was time to check out, the desk staff were very polite but were also very busy and trying to take care of too much at one time. She did well though, but was noticed she was under a bit of time pressure. Nice people all the way through.
