I had one of the first appointments of the day, yet I was not seen until an hour later than my appointment time. And it took a month to get an appointment - that only lasted less than 15 min.

Dr and staff were friendly. Office was clean and organized. Not sure if I came on a bad day but wait time was 45 min after my intended appointment. Other than wait, visit was great.

Prior to my appointment I was feeling a bit anxious, however, when I went in for my appointment I had a good experience. Her staff was friendly and when I first met Doctor Bascom, she made me feel very comfortable.

Great visit...all of the staff were very polite and helpful. Dr. Bascom was so great, she sat a talked to me before the exam making sure I had all of my questions answered. She made me very comfortable just by spending a few minutes getting to know me rather then going right into the exam.
