I use a variety of safe natural treatments that support the body's amazing ability to heal itself. In addition to herbs, homeopathy, and nutrition, I specialize in amino acid micronutrient therapy (AAMT) in order to give the body the building blocks it needs to make its proper levels of mood hormones. As a midwife, I also specialize in pregnancy and postpartum depression because of my love for pregnancy and babies and my passion for mood support that is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. I work with you as a health coach to expertly guide you through creating the powerful habits needed to maintain and sustain life-long energy and good moods. My goal is to educate and empower my patients so that they will no longer need visits with me on a regular basis.
