After I made my appointment on ZocDoc, with a note asking the office to call me, the office automatically rescheduled it for a later time in the day viz ZocDoc. I entered my insurance card online. They never called. When I got to the doctor, they had no record of my appointment even though it was in my email, so I had to wait until they opened up a spot. Then they made me go through and enter all the info I already had done online.
