My visit with Dr. Martin was great. I did not have to wait in the waiting room long at all. The nurse was very welcoming and kind. Dr Martin was also very kind and gentle. She listened to me and she explained everything so I could understand it. She spent time with me and did not make me feel like she was rushing to the next patient. I would highlyrrecommend her to anyone

I really liked Dr. Martin she was very pleasant and took time to listen about my concerns. She also explained everything she was doing and she was very gentle. The staff are quite pleasant also. My nurse was Christine and she made me feel comfortably and she was humorous and easy to communicate with. I had a good time at my appointment today.

Dr. Terrissa Martin joined Renaissance OB/GYN in February 2014. She graduated cum laude from Hunter College, with her B.A. in Chemistry. She continued her education at Brown University Medical School and received her M.D. in 2007. Dr. Martin completed her residency training at Winthrop University Hospital, where she was responsible for teaching third and fourth year medical students.
Dr. Martin provides all general gynecologic and obstetric care, and has particular interest is laparoscopic surgery. She is a current member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the American Medical Association.

The wonderful reviews I read on ZocDoc were all true! The receptionist was super nice and professional. Dr. Martin came out introduced herself to me and we sat down in her office to go over my medical history before going into the exam room. She was quick, gentle and warm. Before leaving the building I had already text my cousin letting her know I had found our new Gyno. We both were going to the same location and they constantly switched our doctor without ever informing us. Loved Dr. Martin, the staff and the office! Extremely happy I had such a great visit today!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Martin. From the first time I went to see her, I knew she cared about her patients. Her advise for me to stop putting of surgery was the best advise anyone has EVER given me. She gets my vote for doctor of the year.
