Every time Isee Dr. Morris I know I am in the best hands. He is very thorough and doesn't cuer make me feel like I'm just another patient. He delivered my son and I've had to have one surgery with him as my doctor. I would never go any where else. To me he is the best and his nurses are great too!

I grew up near Dallas, “deep in the heart of Texas.” After college I married my high school sweetheart and when I graduated from medical school in 1975 we moved to the Kansas City area to continue my medical training. We fell in love with this region and decided to begin our family here. Together we have raised two amazing daughters. We have one grandson so far and he is unquestionably the best kid on the planet.
My out-of-the-office interests include historic architecture preservation, cycling, photography, music and discussions about religious philosophy. I have served on the board of several local charities and am active in promoting women’s and children’s wellness initiatives. I see my role as a partner in my patients’ health care and am committed to providing them up-to-date, scientifically sound information.

I was referred to Dr. Morris by my primary physician. I had several issues, a couple of them were serious and required surgery. Dr. Morris performed the surgery, my recovery was very smooth, and my quality of life improved immensely. He explained the procedures clearly and gave me as much time as I needed to ask questions. I now get routine care from Dr. Morris and would recommend him to anyone, not just someone with a problem that needs a specialist. His nurse always has a smile and is kind and efficient, too.
