I love how Dr. Kelly made me feel super comfortable. She talked to me as if I’ve known her for years! Her approach on therapy is just what I’ve been looking for. I was starting to be doubtful on therapy as I haven’t had the best luck but she reminded me of why it’s so worth it!

Theresa Kelly is a licensed clinical psychologist. Theresa recognizes that there is no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy. Everyone’s journey is unique. Together, she and her patients create and implement individualized plans based on evidence-based treatments. Theresa's ultimate goal is to support her patients as they create sustained changes to promote wellness and more effective functioning. In time, this allows them to develop healthy, balanced perspectives on themselves and strengthen their relationships.
Theresa has been providing therapy since 2003 and works with patients ages 18-65. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, relaxation, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapies. Theresa treats anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem problems, stress, divorce, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and formal thought disorders. She is particularly experienced working with veterans. In her spare time, Theresa enjoys reading, crafting, gardening, woodworking, and riding her motorcycle.
