This is a doctor who really listens to and cares about you. I was seen by the doctor herself, not by a PA. Even though this was my first televisit with this doctor, she was genuinely concerned about my health and even immediately (during the video call) sent a prescription to my nearest pharmacy and ordered blood tests at my nearest lab. I still am very pleasantly surprised at the high level of care that I received. Thank you so much Dr. Meotti for caring!

My general in-office experience was great. The real issue came when I needed to get in touch with the office after the appointment to verify a prescription. It's been weeks and I haven't been able to get a hold of the doctor and the office won't connect me to her. The office phone literally might be taken off the hook–I'm not sure. Either way, not only am I disappointed and likely to never go back to this facility, I'm still having a ton of issues getting my prescription issue sorted out!
10/10 would not recommend.

Dr. Meotti was exceptionally attentive, caring and knowledgeable. She made sure I had all my questions answered and was able to walk me through everything about what she thought was going on. One of the best doctors I’ve seen in years! Also pretty uncommon to see the actual doctor you booked on ZocDoc nowadays so that was very nice! Great nurses as well.

I went to Dr. Meotti because I needed to establish a new primary care provider. She went through my extensive medical history with me, with incredible bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone! She was proactive in establishing my baseline and getting blood work for me done. I am excited to have her by my side as a partner in ensuring my peak health.

After waiting 10 minutes for a link to my video appointment, I called the office and was informed I needed to download an entirely different app and fill out all my info again in order to have the chat. Was told to hurry up or else the doctor would move on from my appointment and I’d have to reschedule. I was never told about this other app I’d need to go to before hand.

Really liked this PCP and was excited to find out she can do my annual Pap smear and replace my nexplanon implant. She was very kind and seemed really knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Really appreciated her bedside manner and will definitely go back here. The wait time was less than five minutes!

I highly recommend Dr Meotti. I would also recommend allotting enough time to set up the my chart Mount Sinai app, this app is where you will receive the link for your video visit (if applicable) I almost missed the appointment due to filling out the forms late. Overall great visit!

I needed to be checked for my annual, including women’s health, but then learned that since I only made a 30 minutes appointment, and also spent a lot of time to check in on an exposed and awkwardly mounted ipad which was located on a spot that anyone could see my personal information, I can’t be seen for women health because there was not enough time for both and I need to make an additional appointment. How would I have known that I needed more than 30 minutes?

I loved Dr Meotti, she was very friendly and professional, she was attentive about my complains, and throughout with the consultation/exam.
However, I always have problems with Mount Sinai overcharging me. I keep messaging them to make sure they are charging my copay correctly.
