The doctor was pleasant. However, I waited for a long time after being brought back to the room to actually see the doctor. It was probably around 45 minutes or so. The visit itself was short but I expected that. My only concern was the wait time between getting my vitals and getting to speak with the provider.

Dr. Woodard, the nursing staff, and the front desk staff are all very kind and caring. I was able to completely express my symptoms and concerns before I was asked thoughtful follow-up questions. I was given options for my treatment, and I was in and out of the office without the feeling of being rushed.
I never publish online reviews, but my appointments with them have been so smooth and such a 180 from a lot of doctors I have visited in the area that I thought I’d share my experiences.

I liked Dr. Woodard a lot and her staff was great. However, I arrived about 30 minutes early at 2:30 to complete paperwork and did not leave until 5:00. They had an issue with a new scheduling system that triple booked all of their time slots. I was only in for a wellness check up and wasn't even sick so I am sure my experience would have been much more unpleasant if I felt bad. Dr. Woodard and her nurse were both very apologetic but I hope that is resolved during my next visit otherwise I may be in the market for a new clinic.
