I made this appointment to get a signature for my Senior Driver Fitness to Drive form. The office didn't know what this form was, didn't believe me when I said any medical professional could sign it (as noted on the phone), and told me that I had to go to an occupational therapist for a consultation. This was totally incorrect and forced me to have another, unneeded appointment with another provider.

I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes. When the nurse called me in, she did not greet me, she didn't even tell me her name. She then asked me to stand on the scale, I had two heavy books in my bag but she said it didn't matter. She then took me to the examination room and asked me all the questions I had previously filled out online. When she was done she said to wait there, and I waited another 20 minutes. Doctor Thianheyla was nice, however, I was in for an annual exam but had also been experiencing a bad cough for two weeks. She said she couldn't look into further because I had booked an annual exam but prescribed me steroids for the cough. I finished my prescription and still have the cough. I will be going to a different doctor to get it checked out.
