Upon graduation, he entered the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas, where he received the degree of Doctor of Medicine. Following an Internship in General Surgery, he entered his Residency in Otolaryngology. Dr. Clegg served in the U.S. Air Force for four years, where he was Chief of Otolaryngology.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and member of numerous professional organizations in the area of Otolaryngology.
