Dr. Thomas F. Dow is a second-generation chiropractor who has been immersed in chiropractic care his entire life. From a young age, he knew this was the path he wanted to pursue. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences and graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2009. In 2010, he became certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA). Practicing alongside other chiropractors and osteopaths, he has gained privileges at over six outpatient surgical centers on Long Island and in the Boroughs. In 2013, he furthered his education by becoming certified in MRI Spine Interpretation. In 2016, Dr. Dow attended Parker Chiropractic College in Texas for advanced training and now holds a National Certificate in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression.
Since 2010, Dr. Dow has continued to build his expertise through years of practice, focusing on traumatic spine, joint, and soft tissue injuries. His goal is to provide quality chiropractic care with an emphasis on spinal and health rehabilitation, as well as preventive measures. He is dedicated to educating his patients on healthier lifestyles, incorporating nutrition and fitness counseling. Dr. Dow has helped hundreds of patients transform their bodies, lifestyles, and decision-making skills to function properly and live longer, healthier lives.

Dr. Dow is the best !! I have been going to the office since April 2024 and all staff are always smile ,
They all know my name and All the other patience that come to office !!
Great place to receive physical therapy and chiropractor adjustments!!
Also! All the Dr that work in this office treat everyone like they are family!!
Me personally I have never had physical therapy or chiropractic services in my whole life ! I am so grateful to Dr. Dow and staff for making me feel better and making me laugh through the pain, and getting me stronger to take care of my family!!!

I have been seeing Dr.Dow for years, he helps me recover from 3 car accident with out surgery. I am a massage therapist, and i stand for long hours.every now and then my hips and back need re- a-lining I don’t have to worry when my back goes out because i know who to call and where to go . I had a hiphike situation yesterday but I went to the best chiropractor “Dr Dow “ and with in minutes I was feeling better.
You and your team is doing a great job. I will always come back to get re-a-line. It doesn’t matter how far i have to travel to come see you.

I walked in, a little early, didn’t even get a chance to sit, took me right away. Dr. Dow Is knowledgeable, and professional. The place is clean and organized . I was greeted with smiles, and friendly faces, made me comfortable. If you find yourself in need of their services, this is the place to be , I highly recommend them.
