Everything went smoothly for my appointment. At first they didn’t have it for the day I booked in on Zocdoc but they adjusted it to the next available which was a Monday vs Friday. I was seen fairly quickly maybe 10 mins wait. The doctor was pretty nice and listened to all of my concerns. He prescribed me some medicine and even gave me a sample box to take home so I can start using it right away. And it’s working very well! Overall went just as great as you can hope especially when you have had some chronic dizziness and imbalance issues (which is scary). Would most definitely recommend.

All good: staff doing their job in a professional way, the doctor placed the right questions and povided the proper answers, prescribing the proper tests and providing possible diagnosis, pending the results of the tests

They have a $200 reschedule fee. So if you’re sick or have Covid you’ll still need to go to your appointment to avoid paying.
It was very informative. I was provided with options and a plan to proceed. Way better than I expected.
Very nice staff , the doctor was very nice and understanding and was very clear on our next steps.

This is the most umpleasant, terrible experience I have ever had with any of the doctors I've visited in memory. After commuting from NJ to see this doctor in NYC, my visit was cancelled by the doctor's office, even though I was in their facility essentially on time. It was irresponsible and outright arrogant on their part not to honor my appointment. I hope this waste of my time does not have implications on my health, as it was critical for me to follow up with my condition today. I will never return to this office. I hope what happened to me today does not happen to anyone else. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my experience.

Incompetent receptionist wasted my time and did not check insurance until last minute. Typed in my insurance exactly correct and sent them my info beforehand. Liars
ZocDoc had my appointment all messed up, but the office worked quickly to fix it. Front desk staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. Dr. Hoang was wonderful, spent a lot of time with me and listened to/addressed all my concerns. Very happy with the experience.

The doctor was wonderful, it’s too bad the office staff is seemingly unable to handle routine requests. I would truly avoid this practice for that reason alone.

Amazing service!
Dr. Hoang listened carefully to my concerns and discussed different options to move forward. He was empathetic and his examination was very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it, and I did not feel rushed at all. I appreciate his genuine concern for his patients.
Verified patient
the provider understood my concerns checked everything took all precautions and made sure I understood exactly what we were doing moving forward

Got there earlier than expected but it wasn’t an issue when Dr. Hoang was done with his patient he took me right in. Very good listener and easy to understand.
Verified patient
the only issue is the front desk. they're a mess and have bad communication. the doctors are not the issue though. the doctor actually gave me what I was looking for and treated my issue seriously unlike other neurologists I've seen in the past.
