Was looking for a Family Doctor and I had a number of issues I was having that I needed addressed. Dr Lee was wonderful in addressing each and every one of my concerns and answering my questions! Very personable & professional & quite frankly EXACTLY what I was seeking in a Doctor :) I will be back and bringing my family onboard!

I've seen Dr. Lee on several occasions. I am not satisfied with my experiences with the doctor, as well as the difficulty in getting the staff to utilize ZocDoc. They should remove their listing, since I was told on more than one occasion that they don't use ZocDoc. That's obvious, because they cancelled 2 booked appts in a row, and did not contact me. Only ZocDoc was efficient about follow-up and notifications, thank goodness!
Dr. Lee responds with suspicion to my medical problems. He makes assumptions on my health and medical conditions mainly without tests or a medical exam to back them up. I had to ask him to physically examine me on more than one occasion.
Dr. Lee won't allow staff to assist me in finding specialty doctors. I have to search for a doctor, and then Dr. Lee's staff writes the referral (maybe this treatment is only for his Medicaid patients?). I won't be going to Dr. Lee anymore, unless it's to pick up my medical records.
I cannot recommend Dr. Lee; because there must be 1)trust between the doctor and patient 2)active listening on the doctor's part, and 3)a physical/medical exam each visit. I feel he has failed me on all three.

The visit with Dr. Lee was good. However, I had an appointment for 3:30 and wasn't called until almost 4:30. No one in the waiting room. I feel that was unacceptable. My time is important also. Also, prior to going to the doctor I filled out the paperwork on line. When I get to the doctors office, they said they don't have it. I told them I filled everything out thru ZocDoc.

He is a great doctor. I moved from Joliet to Wheaton and will not switch doctors. I will do the drive. It is hard to find a doctor that has the personality and bedside manner like Dr. Lee!
