My appointment was brief. I had a morning appointment and didn't have to wait long for my appointment. I went for a physical and had some blood word done. The nurses were very pleasant as well as the doctor who was more than willing to answer my questions. He was very personable.

Very informative. Listened to my issues and explained everything in terms that the average person would understand.

The people at this office are very nice. However, they completely disregarded my time and made me wait over an hour to even see the doctor. Don't bother filling out any paperwork via ZocDoc because they make you read and fill out a giant packet when you get there anyway. It took me a solid 20 minutes to get through it. Again, the people are very nice, but the wait time due to technical error and being short staffed was unbearable. My appointment was for 3 and I didn't leave the office until 4:45. The lady that drew my blood bruised me- I've never bruised from a blood draw before. She was so sweet but- ouch!
Dr. Martens is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and only wants the best care for his patients. He is an advocate for the patients and has a great bedside manner. I won't deal with a health care provider that only preaches. Dr. Martens listens to you as a patient and makes you feel at ease and well cared for. A true professional in every aspect of his duties!
Dr. Martens was personable and helpful. I had a few questions that he answered as best as he could but said referring me to a Specialist would be more helpful. He was honest and took his time with me, did not seem like he was in a rush.
I think it went well. I felt Dr. Martens was responsive and explained how his plan would address my worries about my symptoms. I was worried about strange occurrences in multiple internal organs and we are going to get blood tests and the blood tests will cover most of the possibilities. Also I will get an appointment with a specialist for one symptom I am having. The pacing seemed to be just right and I felt like everything I mentioned was being addressed, not ignored. I think it helped to use ZocDoc to ask for the appointment because I could write my symptoms down, which for me always goes more smoothly than trying to say them out loud in real-time.
