Dr. Thomas Neuman is a board certified foot surgeon with the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery. Dr. Neuman's undergraduate studies were at the Brooklyn College of Pharmacy and Long Island University. He is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. While attending NYCPM he received 4 certificates of merit. His surgical residency was at Kensington Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital and Lancenau Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received a distinguish service award from Kensington Hospital.
Dr. Neuman is a Diplomat of the National Board of Podiatry Examiners. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery. He is also an Associate of the Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and a Fellow of the American Podiatric Circulatory Society. Dr. Neuman is also a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. He received from the California Podiatric Medical Association the Meritorious Service Award in 2005.
Dr. Neuman is a member of the American, California and Los Angeles County Podiatric Medical Association. He has been on the executive board of LACPMS for 23 years. He is on the medical staff of Northridge Hospital Medical Center and Providence Holy Cross Hospital. He is a former chief of podiatry at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. He has also been a resident rotation director at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. He is listed in Who's Who in California.
Dr. Neuman is married to his college sweetheart. He has two grown sons that have made him proud. He has recently taken up golf and is now an avid player. He loves to travel both in America and around the world. The LA Lakers has been a passion for many years. Dr. Neuman believes in a comprehensive treatment of foot ailments. The office staff is kind and courteous.

I LOVE Dr. Neuman. He diagnosed my problem from sight, nevertheless he did not totally rely on his visual inspection he backed it up with x-rays. He was very gentle in his touch, and took his time explaining everything to me which was definitely a plus for me because I ask a lot of questions. I was so impressed with him he has become my Podiatrist of choice. I don't care when I call Dr. Neuman's office they always makes time for me, and I love the fact he is within 5 minutes of my house.

Dr. Neuman has quite a volume of patients so he may not have a lot of time to answer all of your questions and explain in a lot of detail your diagnosis. He would be ok if you have straightforward conditions. Seems pretty experienced.
