Everyone I encountered via phone or at the office was kind, courteous and professional. Virtually no wait time. Doctor Park is exceptional in my opinion. I appreciated his understanding of my situation and helping me through some barriers. He had a genuine desire to provide his assistance and help.

I was not happy with the doctor I seen. The doctor I saw she was not at all listening to me as I though she would. She wasn't very understanding, the office setting was kinda spooky to me. I was explaining my situtation and what I was going through all she said to me was ok. She couldn't write the current medication I was subscribed all she told me was to take all the medication that I was subscribed by other doctors. So I felt like she didnt care if I had over dose. :( Never want to see her again period.

We have to have our Appointments over the phone right now due to CO-VID19. Dr. Park was on time with the call and completely prepared with my chart. He took the time to discuss anything and everything, then went through meds with a fine-tooth comb. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and his persona is sweet and genuine. He’s worth everything.

He is SO personable and has the LATEST tests available for you! He has a gene test that cuts down on "trying and re-trying" medications because it can tell you which would be the best for your body!! HALLELUIAH!

He listened very closely to my problems. Explained very carefully to me the diagnosis and why a certain medication would be effective in the treatment. He also provided a very scientific explanation as to how the medication worked on the brain by giving a very thorough example. Excellent doctor!

Dr Park was very kind and professional. I have been to multiple psychiatrists. But Dr Park is by far my favorite. He listened to all my concerns and wanted to make sure I was given the proper treatment. I would highly recommend him.

As other reviewers have stated, Dr. Park made me laugh and was easy to talk to. He and the office staff were very helpful in my situation!

My visit to Thomas Parks office was not enjoyable for me, since I was suffering severely before I saw him. After explaining my life situation and how it effects my mind and the way I think, he knew exactly what to prescribe me.
Remember this was two days ago and the meds are working great. I have pchozophrenia effective disorder, a little bi-polar, and severe anxiety at times. Some days are better than others.
The only thing I had a problem with, was mentioning I take, "Fioricet with Codeine." When Dr. Park wrote the script, it was for the regular stuff, and I have have experimented with that in the past. This drug hasn't, been able to effect my pain so much. So I had to stop him, and bring it to his attention. After explaining my reasoning, and what my previous doctor had told me, Dr. Park was nice enough and understanding enough, to write me the correct script with the codeine. Thanks for understanding Dr. Park!
The combination of medicine Dr. Park prescribed me is doing wonders and has given me hope, and courage to overcome this illness in due time, once and for all. Thank you doctor Park!

Dr Park seemed great. Was very friendly and easy to talk to. Liked to keep things light and upbeat. He was very trusting of my self assessments and concerns and seemed very empathetic. The building his office is in is slightly sketchy,however. I'm very excited to continue seeing Dr. Park and see what else he has to offer.

I chose Dr. Park because another review said that he has a great sense of humor, and because he is one of the few doctors on ZocDoc that actually has a picture. Providing a picture, lets one get a "feel" for the doctor, and his gave me a Wonderful First Impression. He has a Big Smile on his Face, looks professional, and friendly, which he is. His Credentials are Outstanding. I was impressed that he exhibits compassion, & sympathy for his patients. He truly listened to me, and put forth a plan to help me get out of my depression.
Con: He charges $25 for 1 Kleenex! Not really, just one of his little jokes to make me laugh, when I was crying. It worked :).
Looking forward to my next appointment.

The entire staff were very nice. I felt comfortable. Carla was really nice, she walked through the waiting room and greeted everyone seated. Dr. Park was very welcoming and patient. He's a great listener. I thought my anxiety level would be on 10 the entire visit, but it wasn't. Very good first visit.

Something a lot doctors I've been too in the michigan area don't have.. I came from Georgia and I'm used to hospitality.. Dr. And his staff made me feel welcome..
