Dr. Pitts has a wonderful bedside manner. This was my second visit to a neurologist after my first one didn't even attempt to address the causes for my headaches and only suggested medication, which I refuse to take. Dr. Pitts has an approach that's not based on just prescribing medication but rather, of addressing the underlying cause of the problem. He explained everything in detail, took his time to show me diagrams and pictures to help me understand the problem and suggested treatments that were not relying on having to take medications. He also is fluent in several language, friendly and funny and it was probably my first time visiting a doctor and never felt rushed or unheard. I highly recommend him and look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Pitts is a Board-Certified Neurologist with fellowship subspecialty training in Clinical Neurophysiology from Columbia University Medical Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He also has earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in Headache Medicine from the National Headache Foundation.
Dr. Pitts treats the entire spectrum of neurologic illness and has a personal interest in neuromuscular disorders, especially, Myasthenia Gravis. He provides customized therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each of his patients and is expert in the medical and interventional management of all headache syndromes.
As a clinical neurologist, Dr. Pitts is also able to perform and interpret specialized procedures and tests to accurately diagnose and manage diseases across the entire nervous system. Spent a lot of time working with me to find the root cause of my migraines, offered multiple potential solutions, and explained his thought process the entire way. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pitts. He listened to me in detail and came up with a new diagnosis for my issue, including a recommended treatment plan that we implemented immediately and seems to be working in less than 24 hours.
In addition to his diagnostic skills, his energy and excitement for helping me was such a positive experience and I feel lucky to have found him and for him to be on my team.

Dr. Pitts is honestly hands down THE absolute BEST doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. Usually I am a nervous wreck when talking to doctors, but Dr. Pitts’s enthusiasm, bedside manner, and knowledge just makes one feel so at ease. He goes in to detail about your condition, making sure you understand what is happening, gives multiple options in terms of treatments, and is just overall so caring. You can tell he is passionate about what he does - he really takes the time out to make you feel heard. He also had no problem in answering any questions I had. I only saw Dr. Pitt’s once and he made my whole day, I am super looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Pitt’s.

Dr. Pitts is one of the most intelligent neurologists. He doesn't like wasting time and get to the treatment right away. My mom suffered from severe right facial pain for the past >12 years and was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia. she even had surgery done with zero relief. Once she saw dr. Pitts, he listened to her carefully, order an MRI for TMJ, and on her second appointment told her that the pain was never due to a neural issue, it was always because of the dislocaiton of her right TMJ. God bless Dr. Pitts!

Dr. Pitts is super awesome! He’s the nicest and most knowledgeable doctor I’ve met in my life. I came in for help with my chronic migraines and we did a procedure same day after which I felt much better. If you’re looking for a headache specialist please go see him. He will listen and recommend the best treatment plan tailored to your needs. The office is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I came in early and only waited about 15 minutes before I was seen. His assistant is great too! I’d recommend going to see Dr. Pitts and you’ll see for yourself how outstanding he really is.
