I like Dr. Robison. It seems that he will take enough time in the exam to discuss your issue. But the office has a management problem. At my last appointment, it about an hour and a half after my appointment time before the doctor saw me. This happened on my prior appointment as well. There is a sign in the office that if you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, they will cancel your appointment. It seems like the practice is not held to the same standard. Dr. Robison may be chronically behind because he takes the time he needs with his patients. But if this is the case, they need to schedule fewer appointments. I am considering finding a new doctor, because I'm not keen to keep repeating this.

Dr. was thorough, I am not sure what to think. I did not feel completely comfortable, to be honest. I believe I have misperceived some comments based on our conversation at the end. Would appreciate being treated like a patient who is a colleague & equal.
