Dr. Thomas Ross is the treating chiropractor and active partner at Petito-Ross Chiropractic and Wellness Center. He attended 2 years at San Jacinto Junior College and graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1985 with his doctorate in chiropractic medicine. He is a member of the New Jersey and Texas Chiropractic societies. He is also a member of the Foundation for Wellness Professionals, a non-profit organization.
By attending classes, Dr. Tom ensures he stays up to date on the most recent techniques and practices in chiropractic medicine. He attends several seminars each year to stay abreast of new techniques to enhance a healthy lifestyle in a completely natural and holistic way. He also goes annually to a weight loss convention to stay up to date with weight loss and nutrition. He practices several different disciplines including Diversified and Activator techniques, Applied Kinesiology and Decompression Traction.
Being an athlete throughout his college career, Dr. Tom also has a unique insight into what athletes need to maintain their bodies while working out on a daily basis. This has greatly increased his effectiveness when treating athletes from many different sports.
Dr. Tom and Dr. Joann are actively involved with Mount Carmel Guild in Trenton New Jersey for over 20 years. They are also involved with The Visitation Home in Yardville New Jersey which is a Day Program and Housing for young adults with disabilities. This is near and dear to their hearts as their son was the Day Care Program Director.
