Dr. Thomas Thomas is proud to be the newest member of the NASA Vision center team. Locally educated at the University of Houston College of Optometry and having had the opportunity to provide vision care in a variety of settings from hospitals to private practices, he is well versed in the latest treatments and technologies to improve the quality of optometric care. His experiences prior to becoming a doctor of Optometry grant him first hand knowledge of the visual demands of patients in military, law enforcement, aerospace and technical fields.
Dr. Thomas is also passionate about early childhood vision intervention and dedicated to assuring that children develop the vision needed to pursue the most demanding dreams. To that end he is an active participant in the American Optometric Association's InfantSEE program, and provides free eye examinations to children between the ages of 6-12 months.
