We are committed to provide you with the highest level of expertise and surgical skill at the time when you need experience and compassion the most.
We use the latest orthopaedic spine surgery and neurosurgery treatments and technology available. Orthopaedic spine surgery and neurosurgical procedures include but are not limited to Disc replacement surgery, motion preservation spinal surgery procedures, nerve and spinal cord decompression surgery, operative microscope assisted microdiscectomy, failed spinal fusion reconstruction surgery, degenerative spine surgery and congenital spine disorder reconstruction surgery, spine and pelvic trauma reconstruction surgeries, minimally invasive surgery of the spine, dorsal column pain control stimulator implantation surgery and tumor decompression neurosurgery and reconstructive orthopaedic spinal surgery.
Back and neck pain, spinal and pelvic trauma, traumatic paralysis, spinal tumors, and degenerative spine as well as herniated disc problems are cared for at a very personal and compassionate level with emphasis often placed on conservative, non-surgical treatments first.
Orthopaedic spine surgery and spinal trauma surgery consultations, second opinions or medical legal cases can be obtained in English, Spanish or German as Dr. Vater is fluent in these languages.
