Excellent experience. I was taken back immediately after I finished the paperwork, saw another Dr while there too that did the prelim exam and then to Dr Weiss. State of the art equipment and on-site testing for further diagnosis. Very happy with this experience!

I have been waitng for more than 3 hours! I had my appointment at 1:30, and it is 5:15 I haven’t seen the doctor. The doctor assistance helped me out about an hour late of my appointment. After he helped my out, he told me to wait to see the doctor. I waited with other people in the same room for hours, and Im still waiting. Talked to front desk and they told me that there are 3 people ahead of me. Empathy? Hell no, thst is a word that for sure they do not know the description. I will NEVER EVER make an appointment here again, and I will not recommend anyone to come here.
The peoplw in the front desk never ser the expectations that the waiting time would be hours! I am going to ask for a refund of my copay.

Doctor seemed very experienced, and even offered to meet me in the office on a saturday in case the treatment he prescribed had any complications. Most importantly, he fixed my scratched cornea and I was very satisfied with the office staff.

After waiting 30 minutes to be seen (past my appointment time), I had an eye exam. I then waited another 30 minutes to see the Doctor in a different waiting room. I was then told I needed to see the contact specialist (the whole reason I was there was for contacts) and she informed me that I'd need another exam on a different date for that!! The whole office seemed unorganized and unpleasant.

My appointment was at 1 pm, after the assistent put a drop on my eyes to dilated my pupils I waited more than one hour, necause the doctor was not there. Super unrespectful and unprofessional

I had to wait for 45 minutes before being visited by a member of dr Weiss staff. In fact, I saw this doctor only at the end of my examination for less than 2 minutes!
I don't think this is correct because If I schedule an appointment with a doctor, in this case an ophthalmologist, I espect to be seen by that doctor and not someone else.

Dr. Weiss is very thorough and considerate, and he has a very friendly and attentive staff. I went for a routine eye exam, and they identified a possible dangerous condition that merited further work-up, for which I am grateful. The wait time for my afternoon appointment was quite lengthy, however, and I would recommend a morning appointment.
