We have been to many chiropractors over the years, most of which have been quite good. Here they spent more time with us, asking helpful questions and listening carefully. They were especially good at directing various range of motion exercises to evaluate what would be most helpful. Better than any other chiropractor we've ever seen.

My father is a chiropractor so I was born into a family where chiropractic care is a philosophy and lifestyle—it’s as familiar to me as breathing.
Early on, I pursued a business degree, but quickly realized that my true passion and calling is in helping people improve their lives through chiropractic. I’ve also studied acupuncture and Reiki to facilitate the healing process and better understand the role of energy in healing. These resources inspire me to provide a real sense of serenity for patients when they are in my office.
Over the years, I have witnessed the amazing results of chiropractic adjustments. Chiropractic is a tool towards wellness, not just a quick fix for aches and pains. My goal is to help patients understand that allowing the body to heal itself often involves commitment and consistency in care—and we are here for you every step of the way!
I enjoy an active lifestyle with my husband where exercise and healthy eating are an integral part of each day. We love spending time together exercising with our dog.

Dr. Garcia was nice and knowledgeable. I felt like the entire office was focused on upselling more appointments. The biggest red flag was the intake form. The form was definitely filled with leading questions that I felt were designed for someone seeking pain pills and / or disability benefits from work.

I was anxious at first to go to the chiropractor because I've never been to one before, but Dr. Garcia made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything you need to know with great detail. I believe she is really going to help me! I'm looking forward to seeing her a few times a week.

Unfortunately, I'm really never expecting excellent customer service at a doctors office, but man, the staff at this office blew me away! Dr. Garcia is not only kind, but she's thorough too, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me. I highly recommend Christiana Chiropractic!

Prior to my first visit, I had very bad reflux and inflammation, along with an intermittent backache and constant upper back tightness. The tightness in my upper back was completely gone after my first visit. My reflux greatly improved after the first several visits. Dr. Garcia is very kind and takes her time explaining what she's doing. Her staff is all top - notch as well.
