I have made this facility my primary care. the wait time is not long, the staff are caring, the Doctors are knowledgeable, caring, they take time to listen to ones concerns. Having a strong desire to connect with her community and help people get and stay on the path toward greater wellness, Tiffany Chen, MD, decided to pursue a career in family medicine. She sees the rewards of her choice when her patients make positive changes that lead to better health.
Dr. Chen grew up in Yorba Linda, CA. She received her medical education from the University of California, Irvine’s College of Medicine and completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Chen is board certified in Family Medicine. Although she sees patients of all ages, she especially enjoys working in pediatrics.
Outside of the office, Dr. Chen lives an active life. She enjoys hiking outdoors, plays the violin in an orchestra, and is a lifelong learner who loves to read for both fun as well as to gain knowledge on a variety of subjects, such as “how cars work.”

I have found my home. Dr Chen and all the staff were awesome. I felt so comfortable around every one. They were very nice. Dr. Tiffany Chen is an excellent doctor. She is friendly, professional, and she listens. She has a positive attitude and she treated me with respect. I trust her as my doctor and I believe that she has the best interest in helping me achieve my optimal health. I don't feel rushed whenever I see her. She patiently explains and asks me if I have any questions. She also immediately informs me whenever results from the labs or ultrasound is back.
