I waited like 2 1/2 hours even though I was there on time before I could be seen. They were swamped. Once I was in, though, I was taken care of immediately. I was given very attentive care and wasn't rushed at all. The office continues to call in order to make sure the condition I'm managing is being dealt with appropriately and has helped me to find a specialist. Other than the wait time, which I don't think could be helped - sometimes there's just a lot of people, even if you're working fast - everything was great. I'm definitely sticking with Dr. Wong.

Doctor Wong was nice & did a great job, she asked me questions and answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable not awkward at all. I wish the place was bigger it was crowded, maybe some more seats. The wait was not to bad 30 min to 45 min. The Receptionist and Nurse that I got were nice and helpful. But I did notice while waiting a nurse walking in with flowers & balloons. And one of the receptionist told one of the patient to wait a moment & left her, just to go to a room to sing happy birthday, with most of the receptionist and staff it was a little loud. It looked very unprofessional, my husband that was waiting with me, also told me that it looked bad they should have waited to do that for another time. But other than that and the place being crowded it was a good visit.
P.S.I think the rooms should have curtains next to the doors because since there is no hallways and the rooms are right next to the reception and waiting area, you can see everyone and they can see you when setting on the table, when doctor comes in and out of the room.

Horrible customer service, I scheduled the appointment for a specific reason and even called the office before securing the appointment with ZocDoc to ensure the doctor was able to accommodate my request and was told YES. After scheduling the appointment with ZocDoc for 9am, a staff member called and said that time was already taken and stated I had to come in later. The receptionist was so unfriendly, she didn't even acknowledge me with I went to check in. They actually forgot I was there as I sat there for over an hours. Once I was in the room I shared my experience with the doctor who seemed unphased. NO one listened to me as the patient, not even the doctor.

I was rushed and had to stop the doctor 4 times to ask questions. Had an appointment and someone else walked in ahead of me with a later appointment but they were seen first. So far, both visits have been made with an appointment and it ends up being a 2+ hour visit.

Dr. Wong is very intelligent and caring. Her staff is very sweet and welcoming. She gave me all of the information I needed and I left her office feeling relieved and very pleased!

This review is for the front desk and nursing staff only. (Dr. Wong had to leave for an emergency delivery while I was being admitted so I rescheduled my appt for a later date.)
The location is professional, clean, and well kept. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and empathetic towards me and the other patients there. I was running 10-15 minutes late and they took me in without a problem. The staff was 100% apologetic towards the rescheduling of my appt and offered advice, forms, and other types of assistance I might need going forward with my medical needs. I would 100% recommend them if you're in their area.

Staff was extremely nice . Vanessa the receptionist was nice. Dr. Wong , Valerie the MA, the phlebotomist AND the lady who did the questionnaire were all sweethearts as well! I loved them all ! Very genuinely concerned and nice! No wait time , I for in 15min til my appointment to fill out paper work. Got called in at my appt time. It all went great !

Dr. Wong was fantastic! She was extremely informative. She also gave advice and recommendations on certain issues. Made me feel comfortable through out the entire visit. She even squeezed me in for an ultrasound on the first visit, which I thought was great! I highly recommend her to any first time mothers.

This was one of my best experiences at a doctors office. Dr. Wong is very nice and explains what you need to do. Her staff was attentive and very easy going. I'm glad I found this office.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Wong and I can actually say I am comfortable with her. I look forward to seeing her in my upcoming appointments. She made me feel very welcoming. And her receptionists were very kind and helpful.

Dr. Wong was very professional and made feel very welcome. The office were very clean and nice looking I'm happy I chose this clinic. When you think of clinics you think cold, cramped , cheesy looking, not so clean and slow, but this changed my expectations.
