I waited quite a long time - about 50 minutes past my appointment time. But Dr Baily is very personable and knowledgeable and is also forthcoming with information, which I appreciate.

I was scheduled for the first appointment of the morning and arrived about 5 min before, follow up.. not a new patient. I expressed to them I had another appointment for a post op at 9, they called me in about 8:20 and about 8:45 i asked them how much longer. They told me that the doctor was runnign late because he was tied up in a meeting and if i could please wait at least 5 more min. I waited another 15, the doctor came in and he asked if i was ok, I said I was stressed because I have a post op appoitnment i was supposed to be at in 5 min. He then said "what time was your appt"? I told him 8 and he asked why i was just now seeing him and that he had seen a few other patients before me!!! I told him i was there on time and that his staff told me he was stuck in a meeting!! They lied to me!! I told him I needed to get my test results and get going.. made it 20 min late to the post op appointment, thankfully they were able to see my mother but I had to wait another hour for them to work me in so I was almost three hours late to work because of his staff incompetance!! There is nothing worse than when a doctor or his staff have no regard for their patients schedules!
If this happens again I will NOT be returning!

Superb!: doctor Bailey is a very down-to-earth physician who listens and responds. It took several years to find someone like him and I am glad the hunt is over. He has been my physician for about 2 years and his quality of care is unmatched.

I really liked Dr. Bailey. He was professional yet friendly and humorous. He listened to my issues, calmed my fears and responded with compassion. He explained my problem and arranged for a biopsy immediately so that I would not have to make another trip to Escondido from Murrieta. I will be following up with him in the Temecula office in two weeks. His staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. I definitely reccommend this doctor.

First consult, staff was unprepared, couldn't find my paperwork, didn't have my labs.. couldn't even properly take my blood pressure, took 4 attempts and two people... incompetant.
Dr was great, very informative.
Whomever runs this office doesn't know wht they are doing.
