Great first impression. Comprehensive, considerate review of my concerns and medical history with an eye to issues that could become important with ageing. Never felt rushed even though I was the last appointment of the day. Appreciate that he viewed me as a person, answering my questions and providing depth to explanations rather than perfunctorily.

The appointment got off to a bad start to begin with. I waited 60 minutes for my appointment. I missed another appointment that I had scheduled for 5:30. My appointment was at 4:00 should have more than enough time to make my other appointment. Should have just left after 30 minute wait time.
