I waited 1.5 hour before I was called back. I waited another 30 min in the room. The service was fantastic once I saw the Dr. I will return because I like the Dr. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long.

I was needing a new PCP and I found Dr. Shepherd online. Every visit has been very fast and hassle free. He is friendly and professional. His staff is also very kind and helpful. I am so pleased with Dr. Shepherd and I look forward to having him has my regular physician.
