The office staff were great and the doctor was good. They just have some policies that does not make much sense. You have to make 2 different appointments for refills and being sick.

At my other Dr. Office you had to make your appt. at a specific time but here it wasn't an issue. Dr. Burns was calm & helped me because I was nervous about meeting with a new Dr. She was very thorough in her questions & check up on me. She made me feel comfortable talking about my health problems. Waited to long to find a new Dr. She seems like a great fit for me.

I was so impressed with Dr. Tina K. Burns. She took time to listen to me and did not jump to a diagnosis or treatment plan based on incomplete information about my health concerns. I received encouragement from the fact that she heard me before she examined me and then explained the course of treatment she recommended. I will definitely continue to use Dr. Burns for my personal physician.
