I treat individuals who are overweight or obese for weight loss services, if you medically qualify. If you have a hormonal imbalance, such as low T, we can treat that as well. If you are male with erectile dysfunction, we can treat that through oral or injectable ED medications. If you are a female patient with anorgasmia, we have medications available for that as well.
We provide medically supervised weight loss services in Des Moines office. If you have a BMI of 27 to 29 with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastritis, sleep apnea, or others, or a BMI of 30 or greater, you may medically qualify for weight loss services. Typically, we use phentermine as our main driver for weight loss in combination with dietary and lifestyle changes.
In combination with your primary care provider, psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, or therapist, we can help address your weight and food struggles through medication, supplement your depression or anxiety medication regimen with ED medications to help in that area, or balance your hormones if you are depressed to see if it helps!
