The reception staff was attentive as soon as I walked in the door. As a new patient I filled out my forms and was immediately taken in to start my eye exam even though I was early for my appt. The entire staff was kind, and attentive! Dr. Hartman was kind, amazing and professional!

Dr. Todd Hartman attended Oregon State University where he received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry, and received his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry. His clinical training includes externship rotations at Portland Medical Center, Tyndall Air Force Hospital, Crystal Vision Eye Institute, and the Spark M. Matsunaga Veterans Hospital. Dr. Hartman was then chosen for and completed a postgraduate residency in Ocular Disease, Refractive and Ocular Surgery with Eye Care Associates of Nevada where he gained extensive experience managing patients who had undergone Lasik, Cataract, Glaucoma and various other ocular surgeries.
After residency, Dr. Hartman was in private practice in Colorado for several years prior to returning to Nevada where he was the Clinical Director and Medical Optometrist of Eye Care Associates of Nevada. While there he trained numerous students and residents over the next 5 years and served as an adjunct clinical professor to Pacific University College of Optometry. He has served as a clinical investigator in numerous FDA phase three clinical trials and has lectured both locally and around the country.
Dr. Hartman is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and additionally certified in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. He practices complete eye care, ranging all the way from pediatric to geriatric patients, ocular emergencies and trauma and both acute and chronic ocular disease. Dr. Hartman additionally focuses on contact lens fitting for difficult to fit corneas including Keratoconus, Pellucid Marginal Degeneration, and Post Refractive Ectasias.

Todd Hartman is AMAZINGGG! I walked into the office and was immediately assisted. The assistants in the front were just as amazing! was very personable. I loved it here, if you're going to get your eyes checked, have them checked by Dr.Hartman and his assistants. When I came back the assistant in the front had my glasses out and ready for me as soon as I walked threw the door, wait time-NO time! As I said I Love this office and it was 20Miles from my house but I'm glad I made that drive !
