Dr. Todd was great but staff is terrible.
I had an apt I made on Zoc Doc and they canceled. I asked if they could squeeze me in and they said no. I asked if I could speak to the doctor and they said no. I asked if I could email and they said they don’t email. I advised my condition and they said the doctor couldn’t see you anyway and I said your not a doctor and they hung up. Don’t go here if you actually ever need a doctor.

Very nice to find primary care doc today who isn’t rushed or brusque, who listens and responds with expertise but not condescension and whose focus is on the exam and not generating referrals to specialists in the practice. Also, the PA Carla is very nice and helped put a new patient at ease.

I actually did not have to meet with Dr Shinnick today because I saw a specialist yesterday. I kept the appointment anyway and left a message with the front desk to explain, and Dr Shinnick called me back personally. We had a great conversation. We agreed that I'll follow up with him after I get through with the specialist. He's an extremely thorough professional who cares a lot about his patients. I consider myself lucky that I found Dr. Shinnick (on Zocdoc) and made him my primary care physician. Highly recommended!
