I went with my husband to Dr. Tolga's office for a back pain which he had for almost 2 weeks.
Dr. Tolga was very patient in diagnosing and explaining us the course of treatment with a spinal cord model and very patient in answering all our queries as to the Do's and Don'ts.

The main focus and philosophy of the practice is to control pain, maintain function, and improve quality of life of the patients. An evaluation is performed to provide an accurate diagnosis and establish a treatment plan individually tailored to each patient’s needs. This treatment plan may include medications and different types of injections to provide pain relief and return to an active and productive lifestyle.
Most commonly treated conditions include: herniated discs, back and neck pain, spinal stenosis, arthritis, facet pain, sacroiliac joint pain, sports injuries, Carpal Tunnel, shoulder, knee, and hip pain. Most of his injections take advantage of technological improvements in regard to safety using fluoroscopic guidance for epidural steroid injections, joint injections, discography, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulator.

They need to educate there staff better. Waisted 3 hours of my life because I was told they offer a program which I found out they do not. Called twice to confirm and was told yes they offer this program . Got there and the Dr. Says they do not and didnt help at all.

I had no opinion, since he was on vacation and nobody let me know. This is a very unprofessional way to keep patients. I got reminders about my appointment, but nothing about him being on vacation. This is the fault of this office, NOT the doctor

Doctor was good - attentive, polite, interested. He was quite dismissive in terms of prescribing pain medication, however, (which is understandable considering the current climate), but after taking the medicine prescribed for two days without pain relief, I was unable to contact him for a revised script at a convenient time. Overall a very good doctor, however it's my opinion that his blanket policy gets in the way of his capacity to treat people.

My biggest complaint is he failed to do any sort of follow up. Said he'd schedule an MRI, which I was dubious about needing, but then never did. So I moved on.

Dr was understanding about my pain. Dr. has a excellent bedside manner I waited as long as it took me to fill out my paperwork. I will definitely keep Dr for my treatment and recommend him highly. Dr. Kapusuz is just extremely nice. Most doctors are up tight not him he makes you feel at ease and made me feel at ease at my visit. I do recommend that you fill out your paperwork online though because its a lot of paperwork to fill and I mean a lot. The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional and nice.

Dr. Kapusuz has a excellent bedside manner. Dr. listened to all my concerns and even informed me on issues I was not mentioned from my previous Dr. The office personal was very courteous and beautiful setting. I was seen right away even though I was running late Dr. waited for me. I will be returning for further treatment and highly recommend Dr. Kapusuz.
