I started going to Dr. Lemon after the retirement of Dr. Law, at first I was a little leery with "CHANGE" however, she has become one of the BEST doctors for me! I feel comfortable talking to her, she listens and understands. I am not upset if I have to wait a little to see her, because she may be giving another patient the same one on one time she gives me. "WE" want the Dr's to rush and see us and then want them to hear our concerns, but you don't want to wait for a few minutes in the lobby, while they listen to others.

Dr. Lemon was so great! The wait time was atrocious for such a small office, but everyone there was friendly at least. If you have the time, Dr, Lemon is worth the wait.

Never use this office. You'll wait at least 1.5 hours to be seen WITH AN APPOINTMENT.

I liked Dr. Lemon however I did not get to see her long. I got called back an hour after my appointment time and the doctor didn't come in until 30 minutes after that. Because I paid for parking and my parking was about to expire my examination had to be quick and was rushed. I guess I should have put more time on the parking but I thought 2 hours would be adequate since I was coming in for a simple visit. The office staff was nice and the office is clean so if the wait wasnt so long it would have been great.
Verified patient
I have been waiting for over three weeks for a call back with my results. They kept telling me someone would call me everyday. No one ever called me. I called for three weeks straight and would get put on hold or told I'd receive a call back. Horrible experience.
Dr. Lemon was so great! The wait time was atrocious for such a small office, but everyone there was friendly at least. If you have the time, Dr, Lemon is worth the wait.
Verified patient
Overall great but didn't get any information about when my test results will come back or which test they were testing and waiting time was ridiculous
Great visit! The wait time was a little long but given that Dr. Lemon had a labor & delivery surgery that ran over I couldn't be upset. She worked really quickly to compensate for the wait and I don't feel like my care was compromised. In addition, I'm very grateful this office utilizes Zocdoc to help streamline the checkin process. I'm glad I found my new OBGYN and look forward to returning.

It's was great!

Because of her lack to inform me on how to use my prescriptions sent to my requested pharmacy on my previous visit,I took the advice of the pharmacist and because of that my issues still exists. Spending unnecessary money because of errors by both parties.
I got to my reservation about 10 mins late due me trying to find parking. Once I got there it took about half hour before they gave me the new patient paper work to fill out. It took another 40 minutes before I was called to the back. The doctor was nice but she rushed on me because apparently she gets off at 5 but yet I wasn't seen until after 5...Fast forward to a week later and I haven't gotten any test results back and when I call in I was told it can take up to 14 weeks for results! WHAT?? I have never ever seen a OBGYN and had results take this long. I have a yeast infection and if this was any worst I would be dieing right now! I would not recommend and I will never return.
Very professional and nice

THIS OBGYN OFFICE DISCLOSED OUT LOUD VERBALLY TO THE PERSON ACCOMPANYING ME TO MY APPT THAT I HAD PAST PROCEDURES (PRIVATE!). UNACCEPTABLE AND EMBARASSING. THE DR EVEN PAID FOR MY CAB HOME SHE FELT SO BAD BECAUSE MY FIANCE LEFT ME ONCE THE NURSE OPENED HER BIG MOUTH ABOUT MY PERSONAL PRIVATE MEDICAL HISTORY. I SHOULD HAVE SUED THEIR OFFICE BUT SHE SAID SHE WOULD FIRE THAT NURSE.

Dr. Lemon was very nice and knowledgeable!

Love the doctor!!! Everyone in the office was amazing!! The only reason I had to wait was because I had to fill out paper work.
Verified patient
Dr. Lemon was very nice and professional as was her nurse. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the skill of the phlebotomist. She only tried drawing my blood once before sending me up to a lab where I had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen.

I was visiting from out of town and need to see a doctor. Dr. Lemon was excellent. I plan to visit her again the next time I am in Atlanta
My first experience here was decent. My second experience below subpar. The front desk is incompetent and not considerate nor welcoming. I signed 45 minutes before they even looked at the clipboard. After a hour and 15 min of waitin ting I was called back to give a sample and do regular things like weight and blood pressure check. Only to then wait another 30 min in the room. It actually turns out Dr. lemon was not even in the office until an hour after my appt. I had to threaten to leave before she saw me and even then I never for an actual exam we spoke briefly and then I left. I unfortunately won't be returning here. I expect more from Emory professionals and there employees. Major disappointment. Don't waste your time here.
She seemed really nice my only problem with her was she didn't take them time out to get to know you. She asked no question about my past medical history she didn't even ask if I had any questions or concerns. She just did my annual as quick as possible (twice by the way) and left. Every other doctor I've had has atleast walked in and introduced them selves but apparently she didn't feel the need. She's definitely lost me as a patient.
She was great. I was 15 minutes late but it seemed it would've been a nice little wait anyway but that's not bad to have business!
Verified patient
Very informative. But it seems as though the appt. Was rushed she walked right in stoof by the door the whole time and asked me questions. She did not try to get to know me at all. At the end of the day I did get what I came there for.
She was so welcoming that It didn't feel lIke I just met her that day. It was like I was talking to a relative or something. I couldn't find me a doctor here in atlanta which is why I haven't been in a while but I definitely found one this time .
Verified patient
Dr Lemon used little to no lubrication on the speculum and as a result caused me pain and I bled! On realizing what she had done, she rushed through the rest of the exam and practically ran out of the room! I would have been ok if she had just taken responsibility or apologized but she didn't do either. I will definitely be finding someone else next year.
Verified patient
I was nervous at first but honestly Dr.Lemon help me feel comfortable. She talked to me and gave me some knowledge on things I wasn't sufficient in. I enjoyed my visit with Dr.Lemon I will most defiantly be back for another visit.
Verified patient
Dr. Lemon was very knowledgeable, personable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely continue to treat with her office.
Verified patient
The staff and doctor were amazing! I have never felt so comfortable and well treated. Wait time was long so if you make an appointment plan to wait for at least an hour before you are seen. Again, the staff was wonderful!
Verified patient
Overall the visit itself was great. My issue is with the way my labs were handled. I had to get an idea of my status from my insurance company a month and 13 days after my appnt because no one gave me an update. I called the office before I called my insurance and was told someone would call me back and they still haven't. As a result my recovery is being delayed for an issue I'm not even still sure I'm suffering from.

Loved Tracey but she seemed rushed!

I made an appointment at this office last minute through Zoc Doc, due to an emergency office closing at my normal ob-gyn. I waited over an hour in the waiting room before finally being taken in the back to be seen by Dr. Lemon. Dr. Lemon herself is a sweetheart. She was very nice to me and made me feel quite comfortable during my visit. I have to say, her chat with me did feel a bit rushed though. While I think she is an absolute doll, I probably will not be back to visit this office again due to the wait time and the rushed feeling I got after finally being seen. Another thing that was not so great about this office is that I have been waiting over a month now to receive my lab results back (38 days to be exact). This was not extensive lab work either - just the basic lab work you get done during your annual ob-gyn exam. I called in a week after my appointment to ask about my results and was told it takes 2 weeks to come back. Weeks later, my results still hadn't come in. Mind you, no one has called me at all during this whole time to keep me informed of anything. It wasn't until I called today that Donna (lady who handles lab work) informed me that my results were in and that she would be mailing them to me shortly. The waiting process with this office is way too long and annoying. I really wish I wouldn't have had these issues, because I actually do like Dr. Lemon.

The wait was soooooooo long at 90 minutes, but a very friendly nurse apologized and explained why. She even told me a better time to schedule for the future (2p on Thursdays). Everyone was so nice though. I love the office, and the staff. The nurses were very nice. I loved being able to do my blood work right in the office. The exam room had a beautiful view of the city.
