I cannot speak highly enough of Tracy Otubu, PMHNP-BC. From the very first appointment, she created a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where I felt truly heard and understood. Tracy takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and develop a thoughtful treatment plan tailored to my individual needs.
Her compassionate and professional approach made a real difference in my mental health journey. I always feel supported, never rushed, and confident in the care I'm receiving.

Hi, I’m Tracy Otubu, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Massachusetts. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and older adults. My focus is on building a collaborative relationship with each patient to support their mental health goals through personalized medication management.
I have experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. I also work closely with therapists to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care whenever possible.

During a difficult moment, she was able to talk me through intense feelings and help me find calm, ultimately guiding me away from suicidal thoughts. She also took the time to discuss my ADHD medication in detail, making sure I understood the importance of adherence and how it could support my overall well-being.
