She was awesome! It was my first gyn visit and she walked me through everything step by step so there were no surprises! She told me everything I would probably feel and when it might hurt a little. It put me at ease and I know I will go back to her!!!!

Very personable, explained each step of the exam and why. These exams I can put off, but now I have finally found a doctor and office where I do not feel uncomfortable.

After earning her Juris Doctorate at Drake University Law School, she realized her calling was in medicine. She completed her residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. There she served a diverse patient populace and practiced a range of obstetrics and gynecological procedures.
She pursued medical school because she genuinely cares for others and has a passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology. She enjoys caring for women in all stages of their lives and places a focus on their individual needs and desires. Dr. Etten loves OB and babies.
