She quickly treated me and ensured that I got great care. I can tell she really cares about my eye health because she made sure to follow up with me from my last check up. Her staff were also great and make getting contacts and glasses quick and easy.

Dr. Hoang was very patient and thorough. She spent a lot of time with my son and made sure the lenses were something that would work for him, since both eyes had different prescriptions.

Her treatment style is very personal yet professional and she tried to get to know the individual patient in the time you are together. Her approach to the patient is gentle and it feeling at ease is effortless. She was extremely thorough in her examination and brought up points that were never touched on by any other doctor I've gone to. You can tell that she loves what she does. Her practice uses a private lab to make their lenses; because of this they are able to offer much better pricing and they are not shy about letting you know. I loved my experience here!

This is my 3rd year back with Dr Trangdai Hoang-Tran. I've worn glasses now for over 20years and I know through experience that my eye exam is completely thorough. Dr Hoang-Tran is absolutely professional. I have never felt rushed during my exam. Samra(the receptionist), is so nice, unassuming and helpful, especially with insurance and purchase information in regards to frames and lenses. Honestly, these two people alone are why I return.

It was easy to make an appointment. .Dr. Trangdai Hoang-Tran and her staff were very nice, professional, efficient, and caring. I had eye issues with my new glasses that I got from another place. Dr. Hoang-Tran was very thorough and took her time to listen to my problems and explain some possible solutions. I would come back here and highly recommend everyone to come here. They put their patients first!

I was really impressed with my visit to their office. The technician, eye doctor, and optometrist were all friendly and easy to work with. The eye doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. It was my first visit with them and they were a little understaffed because someone called off do to an emergency illness but I can still say I had a wonderful visit, Dr Trangdai Hoang-Tran stopped what she was doing to come out and make sure I was taken care of & I really appreciated that.She was very polite and might I add the office looks really really nice once u walk through the front door.I would definitely recommended them to anyone! It's kid friendly with an area set up just for them also to TVs to entertain u while u wait. I love the place and they get 5 stars from me!!

Dr. Hoang and her staff were helpful, friendly, and kind. I found this office because I had to work with a restrictive insurance list, and the first few providers had terrible Yelp reviews... but luckily I scrolled down far enough to see Dr. Hoang's practice, and now I know why she got such great reviews! I will happily return, and am planning to bring my son to see her as well.

My appointment with Dr. Hoang could not have been a smoother experience. My appointment was for 3pm and because I was using my VSP benefits, they were all ready for me when I arrived; no hassles of having to fill out all sorts of paperwork.
I was there to get new glasses as well as contacts. I am in my mid-40s and have begun to experience some of the issues of not being able to focus well for reading. Dr. Hoang worked with me on several different options for contacts: a better toric fit as well as a multi-focal lens. She fit me with trial lenses for each and set me up to come back and see her again in a week to determine the best choice.
Start to finish, the office support staff moved my appointment along very smoothly and Dr. Hoang is excellent! She listens to your concerns about your vision issues and what you want to achieve and works with you to get the best results. I highly recommend her.

I loved her! She was very thorough, asked lots of good questions about my medical history and her staff were terrific. I ended up with a beautiful pair of Tiffany & Co black frames with little crystal flowers on easc temple. If I weren't moving out of state this summer, I'd go to her regularly for eye checkups.
