Dr.Lewis was very helpful, listened carefully to all my issues and was able to address them. At no point did I feel like he didn’t care about what I had to say or was in a hurry. I will definitely be coming back to see Dr.Lewis in the future and recommend him not anyone who is looking for an ENT. I would also like to mention the the front staff was great too!

Dr. Lewis was born and raised in London, KY. He attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington on a full-tuition academic scholarship where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biology in May 2007. The following fall he entered the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He was elected as a member of the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha and served as a student member of the college’s admission committee. He graduated from medical school, top 5 of his class with Highest Honors on May 2011. Following medical school he completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Texas – (Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX – one of the largest medical centers in the country).
During his time at UTSW, Dr. Lewis trained at two of the largest county hospitals in the country (Parkland in Dallas and John Peter Smith in Fort Worth), the second largest VA hospital in America (the only academic tertiary referral hospital in a metropolitan area of 6 million (UTSW) and Children’s Medical Center – Dallas – a 600 bed pediatric-only trauma and tertiary referral center). As such, he obtained extensive training in a variety of ENT conditions including head/neck cancer, hearing loss and ear pathology, sinus disease, pediatric infections, neck masses, sleep medicine, facial trauma and voice conditions. During residency he published research examining weight changes in children following tonsillectomy for which he won the junior resident research award in his department. This research was also presented at the national Academy of Otolaryngology meeting where it was selected as one of the Top 10 abstracts submitted amongst hundreds for presentation in 2014.

My appointment was easy and quick to schedule with choice of several locations and I saw the doctor at appointment time.
Dr Lewis was able to diagnosis quickly from my description of symptoms and his physical assessment. I also felt the Covid-19 risk assessment and use of PPE and sanitizers were inline with healthcare guidelines.

Dr. Lewis was friendly and attentive to my issues. Gave me explanations and was empathetic to my concerns. He explained in detail what the process during my exam would entail.
Each step and procedure when according to how described.
I did have some hearing loss. Diagnosis after receiving hearing test was not performed in an alarming way nor pushed into a hearing aid.
Was told can wait if not feeling I do not feel necessary at this time.
Made a follow up for a hearing evaluation next year.

He did what he needed to do to help me out!! Dr. Lewis was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had an injury to my eardrum and I was impressed that he didn’t require me to go see an internist before he would see me, since I am a Snowbird And did not have one. We made the appointment and Zoe Doc.

Dr. Lewis was so kind! He has excellent bedside manner and takes seemingly "minor" concerns from low-risk patients with the utmost seriousness. He explains everything thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand. He is very delicate when threading a scope up your nose to visualize the pharyngeal anatomy and made the procedure completely pain-free. All results were promptly and effectively communicated. Aaaaaand as a bonus, he's one of few excellent ENTs who don't have a months-long wait so you don't have to wonder and catastrophize (or is that just me??) while you wait for your appointment. I would undoubtedly recommend him without hesitation, what a great ZocDoc find!

Dr. Lewis is an amazing doctor. I first went to see him for a sore throat that was caused by an endoscopy gone wrong at Westside Regional. Thankfully Dr. Lewis was able to quickly examine my vocal chord to ensure that no permanent damage had been done by the incompetent Westside anesthesiologist. I was so impressed with Dr. Lewis’ professionalism & excellent bedside manner that I didn’t hesitate to refer my 19 year old daughter who is studying musical theater in New York for a vocal chord examination & care. Today’s visit was for my fiancée. Dr. Lewis once again did not disappoint. He thoroughly examined & determined the cause of the imbalance issue & quickly went to work to re-establish the crystals in the ear canal that were dislodged & causing dizziness. When he couldn’t rectify the dizziness 100% he had no problem referring us to a physical therapist to completely help my husband to be feel better ASAP. As he is a law enforcement first responder this for us is considered critical care & we truly appreciate Dr. Lewis taking care of us.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lewis to all our family & friends. If you are searching for an ENT, look no further.
