He chose to specialize in sports medicine because he was an athlete while growing up and enjoyed playing hockey and baseball. He understands the physical and mental impact that injuries can have on athletes who want to return to their activities as soon as possible. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, church activities, and playing hockey, softball, and tennis.
