Wait was around 20-25 minutes and even though Dr. Lewark is professional and knowledgeable, I feel rushed every time I visit his office for an appointment.
Dr. Lewark was friendly, responsive, not patronizing, quick and gave me the advice I needed. He was responsive to my complaint, gave me options and the education to decide.

Dr. Tyler was spend enough time examining my issues. He was friendly and patient to my questions. Spend enough time describing my issues and drawing a diagram so I would understand. He then explained my possible options to treat my problem. Very friendly!
Off to a good start with this doctor. Really nice guy with friendly, nice staff. I waited maybe 15-20 minutes, not bad. Once the doctor arrived, he quickly diagnosed problem and scheduled follow up. My only request from this visit would be a better description of diagnostic procedure from the nurse. "We're going to squirt some anesthetic up your nose prior to using this scope to look up there. It's not uncomfortable, but you'll feel some numbness/tingling in your nose and or throat if it drips down, and it doesn't taste great.". Instead, the nurse shot some unknown substance up my nose and promptly left the room. 10 seconds later, my throat started to go numb... "Is this supposed to be happening right now? I'm not sure? Is this some kind of strange reaction? Why is my throat numb?" was my inner dialog. Overall, a minor tweak that would make the patient experience nearly flawless.

Awesome coffee in the waiting area made me almost want to be kept waiting! I was only waiting about 10 minutes total before I was taken back, the staff and doctor were all super friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely send any friends or family who needed an ENT or audiologist here!

Great service by the entire staff

Dr. Lewark was very knowledgeable about what my symptoms ment, he knew what it was before he looked down my throat with the scope.
He made it a very pleasant experience. I've never had any kind of ear problems before, so I was quite hesitant, but I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
