it was grest
My visit to Dr. Kumar's office was quick, effective and painless!
Keep asking me the same question over and over like 15. 2o times.
The service was great, however it should be noted they very adamantly display several no carry signs (30.06/30.07) + a warning sign; so if that is something that is important to you then now you are aware.
The office is very professional, clean, and well run. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kumar is one of my favorite physicians, he is kind and helpful. Explains things clearly, and he takes the time to treat me as a human, not just a patient to get in and get out.
First, after confirming my appointment time, they called and said it no longer worked. If I didn't come in that same day but 1.5 hours earlier, I couldn't see him until a month later. Unprofessional. Would've been charged an incorrect co-pay if I didn't ask about it. The office didn't give me a request for lab work or send the request over to the lab when I specifically mentioned that I wanted lab work done. Very frustrating. The office staff, while they're nice, they seem like they don't really know anything. Woman who took my blood pressure couldn't even spell certain things I was listing. Everyone was very nice but the environment made me feel like the office wasn't competent. There is nothing wrong with Kumar but I don't like his office and will not be using as my primary doctor.
Dr. Kumar is easy to work with and really listens to my concerns. It's nice to have a doctor who listens to his patients and asks appropriate questions during examination.
My appointment was like any other. I found Dr.Kumar's manner to be a little cold but efficient. The follow up calls and dealing with the office staff was a huge pain. They could never find any files and I always ended up talking to the doctor directly to get things sorted out.
My visit was quite pleasant. He was punctual and thorough.
Dr. Kumar is very pleasant and knowledgable. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
He was caring and detailed. Not cold and insensitive like most doctors around Austin that I have found.
The visit was relaxing and pleasant. Dr. Kumar does not seen as hurried as I've seen with other physicians at times. He was attentive to my comments, and had self-care goals for me to continue to work on.
Dr. Kumar has been my doctor for years and I trust him with my life.
The doctor had his eyes on the computer the hold time. I felt I was no value to him at all!
Excellent visit extremely knowledgeable, Josh and Chandra were professional, caring and attentive. Receptionist was courteous and professional.
I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of time Dr. Kumar was able to give me, and his flexibility as we discussed pros and cons of a new medication.
Dr. Kumar is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He is easy-going and very easy to talk to. He is very good at explaining complex subjects in easy-to-understand plain English. While he is attending to you, he seems focused solely on yu and does not seem to be trying to rush the appointment, he spends the time to fully explain concepts and diagnosis and make sure that you do not have any questions.
Examined and took care as if I am one of his family members. I have complete confidence in him.
Professional but also personable.
He was very friendly, answers my question, though he forgot to flesh my ears out. I forgot myself after we talked about it.This is not a problem will do it next visit. He has been my Dr. since 2012. 100% a great Dr.

Great! I had avoided going to a doctor for years, so when I came to him I had a lot of issues to discuss. He listened wonderfully to everything recommended the necessary follow up appointments.
Ill come back again but I miss my old doctors so far.
