I think the visit was straight to the point. I did not like, however how I was given a surprise bill going after my credit when my insurance clearly covered preventative visits. Other than that, they gave me good service and were extremely professional.

My overall experience was bad. The staff wasn’t professional and wait time was too long. I didn’t feel comfortable with the doctor even. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone

The amount that an actual Doctor spends with you is usually 5-10 min. However, even in this short time frame I felt Dr. Jamched addressed my concerns. Pretty statistics with my first time visit.

I think the professionalism and bedside manner of this office needs improvement. I filled out my paperwork online to save time and arrived 11 min before my appointment only for the receptionist to have me ask the same questions and fill out the paperwork again because they couldn't print. I took a call in the hallway and the nurse came and asked if I was Katrina, tell me the doctor would see me now, and to hurry because they close at 5. (441 PM) The doctor had me breathe,took my blood pressure/pulse and gave me a shot and prescriptions and to follow up if I had any problems or saw no improvement. The only courtesy was extended after I paid my copay she smiled and said have a good day. Maybe my appointment should've been earlier so I wouldn't feel so rushed and they may have been more pleasant vs. Anxious to finish the day.

She seemed very nice and knew what she was talking about . the only complaint I would have is she seemed like she was in a hurry and was in and out of my room in less than 5 minuets. Not spending enough time with patients especially being I was a new patient.

The Dr. Jamched and the office staff of Cumming Family Medicine provided excellent care. The office was very busy before Christmas but I was able to get an appointment and Dr. Jamched spent a reasonable amount of time with me to diagnose my ailment. I recommend this practice for all family members.

I waited over an hour to be seen. People who got there way after me were seen before me. It was terrible. Very upset with the experience. Now, the doctor herself, was very fast and took care of me quickly to make sure that I was able to get to work on time. Most likely because I said something to the nurse. Would not go back.
