I have been a patient of this establishment for approximately 20+ years. Appointments are always conducted in a timely manner. I arrived at 2:00 for a 2:15 appointment. When I went in the treatment room, I was not seen by the doctor until approximately 2;50 pm. When I questioned the side-effects of a new medication the doctor was prescribing for me, she could not and did not adequately explain what would be different than what I was already taking ( Losartan 100 mg -which was causing really bad headaches). I also shared the past issues I had when my Amlodifien .
(probably spelled wrong) was increased. I feel like I was just given medication with no real concern for my overall health or the concerns I presented. As a patient, I feel like I have a right to ask questions.
