The receptionist was very friendly and was aware of my scheduled appointment. The office and patients rooms were clean and bare. No magazines or reading material. Besides me, there was only one other patient. My appointment was for 8:30 and had temp, blood pressure, etc done by 8:45. Then waited for doctor for 30 more minutes. Since I was feeling pretty sick I went to front desk to see how much longer I'd have to wait. I was the only patient there at this time and my friend in the lobby waiting. The receptionist found the doctor and he completed my visit. I went to pay and the receptionist said there was no need. I found this odd since most urgent care locations either charge a copay or indicated they'd be sending a bill at the registered address. Other than that I found the location great. Lots of parking, and not crowded.
