Dr. Urooj Shibli attended medical school at Ziauddin Medical University and completed her residency training at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital. She is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the clinical faculty at Dallas Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Urooj Shibli moved to the area from Knoxville, Tn. She received the Gold Medalist award on Medical School Graduation and the “committed to patient care award” three times in residency for going above and beyond in patient care. She was also given the “best geriatric resident award” for excellence in geriatric medicine and diligence in coverage of the geriatric service. She see all age groups from birth till geriatric age group with special interest in women health. She is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Urooj Shibli is married to Dr. Adeel Shibli who specialize in pulmonary and critical care and has three children. She likes to spend her down time in outdoor activities with her family.

I arrived early for my appointment but still waited just over an hour to be seen. I seriously almost left...but I'm so glad I didnt. Dr. Shibli is awesome...friendly, professional, warm, and she gives you her undivided attention.
When I went to the pharmacy to get my meds, 1 Rx was missing...not sure who dropped the ball.
If the wait time improves, I will gladly return. I understand it could've simply been an 'off' day.

She told me the truth and gave me advice that didn't make me feel bad about my weight and she cared even with me having medicaid she treated me like I had regular insurance. i need to see if she takes children because I'm bring my kids and my best friend.
